SUSHI: Sushi sora
Sora means “sky” in Japanese, which is a fitting name for the only rooftop sushi bar in Golden. Chef Jesus Silva offers up classic Japanese appetizers, fresh sashimi and nigiri, sushi rolls, and poke bowls.
