  • Where Should I park? Or How can I get to the Golden Mill?
    There is paid parking one block north of the Golden Mill at the Clayworks (formerly known as CoorsTek) parking lot: 612 10th St, Golden, CO 80401 at the intersection of 10th & Ford Streets and at the Gold Office Building 607 10th Street, across the street from the Golden Mill, weekdays after 5PM and all day Saturdays and Sundays. Free parking is available one block east of the CoorsTek lot at The Clear Creek Parking lot: 304 10th St, Golden, CO 80401 at the intersection of 10th & Archer Streets. To learn more about free and paid parking options in Golden please visit the city of Golden's website parkgoldenco.com/map-n-park ​ Note: Please do not park along Ford Street, it is a bike lane and violators will be ticketed.   • How does The Golden Mill (GM) card work?
    When you arrive, you’ll check in at the host stand to open a tab with your ID and credit card. You’ll then be given your Golden Mill card which can be used at our two self-pour walls and at our 5 culinary concepts as well as our merchandise store. All you need to do is tap your card at the POS register and to order food or insert your GM card at the tap wall and pour away! Then just drop your card in the box as you head out the door. An 18% service fee is automatically included on all checks.
  • Who are our beer wall ambassadors?
    Our friendly, knowledgeable staff members are here to help answer questions about the self-pour system. If you are having trouble pouring the perfect pint, or are interested in learning more about one of the selections on the wall, make sure to ask one of the Beer Wall Ambassadors who are always stationed at the wall to help you with whatever you need.
  • What kinds of beverages do you have on tap?
    We have 56 taps consisting of the highest quality beers, ciders, wines and house-made cocktails. We also have non-alcoholic drink options which include rotating flavors of hand-crafted kombucha as well as canned N/A beers and sangria. Check out Untapped (include link) to see what we currently have on tap. Additionally, we have 2 soda fountains, each located next to the self-pour walls. Note: you must have a Golden Mill card to access the soda machine.
  • What else is there to drink?
    Aside from a huge variety of beer, we have many different options for self-pour ciders, high-quality wines, and house-made cocktails made from the freshest ingredients, including our best-seller: the margarita! We also have many non-alcoholic drink options too which include rotating flavors of hand-crafted kombucha from High Altitude Kombucha, a local Golden brewer.
  • Do you have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?
    Yes! Happy Cones provides a small selection of vegan ice creams. Sushi Sora and Tacos Al Chile each have vegetarian and gluten-free items on their menus. And Rolling Smoke’s menu is almost all gluten-free. We also have the local and award-winning gluten-free Holidaily Brewing Co. craft beer on tap too.
  • Do you take large walk-in groups?
    Yes, we pride ourselves on being able to accommodate all group sizes on a walk-in basis. From sports teams, to birthday parties to bachelor/bachelorette parties, the Golden Mill is the perfect place to bring your large group.
  • Can I reserve space for a special event?
    Yes, we do take space reservations on a limited basis. We're happy to offer reservations and event space for your groups, but we also encourage you to come in on a walk-in basis if the structure doesn't fit your needs or budget. We offer prepaid reservations to ensure that those parties that do require reserved space are accommodated, while not closing off too much of the space to our walk-in guests.
  • Do you have live music?
    Yes, we host live music every Thursday from 5 - 8PM and Sunday from 3 - 6PM with occasional pop-up shows on various days. Be sure to check out our events page for the most up-to-date information.
  • Are dogs allowed?
    Yes! Friendly, well-behaved dogs on a leash are allowed in our yard at The Golden Mill. Dogs are not permitted inside or on the rooftop patio.
  • Is The Golden Mill family-friendly?
    Yes! We have lots of great food options for everyone in the family across all diet preferences. The Golden Mill features 5 culinary concepts offering a range of distinct options and flavors.
  • Do you have outdoor seating?
    Yes, we have ample outdoor community-style seating with plenty of shade and misting fans, as well as numerous firepits to keep you warm on those chilly nights.
  • Why is there an 18% service charge added to my check?
    Our Service Fee is an 18% surcharge added to each guest check to support the entire team behind your experience at The Golden Mill. By implementing the Service Fee, we ensure pay equity for our entire team because we are committed to providing a professional living wage for our team members. The money collected from the Service Fee is distributed amongst everyone; from our dishwashers and cooks to our beer wall ambassadors, porters, food hall attendants, and managers. The Service Fee system allows us to support our restaurant industry professionals by providing consistent, equitable pay for all team members. Merchandise is not subject to the service fee.
