FALL FITNESS AT THE GOLDEN MILL WITH UNITE FITNESS
Join Unite Fitness for a FUN all levels interval workout Sunday mornings from 9:30am - 10:30am Starting September 7th and running though October 5th
Workout is appropriate for everyone! Workouts will vary every week and use resistance bands, gliders, medicine balls, kettlebells, bodyweight, and empty kegs!
Your instructor will guide you every step of the way and will be there to provide modifications.
